Thank you for shopping with Pexel Perfumes. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle processing, delivery, and shipping of your orders within South Africa.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Processing time may be slightly longer during promotions, product launches, or holidays.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with your tracking information (if applicable).


2. Shipping & Delivery Time

We deliver nationwide across South Africa using trusted courier services.
Delivery times depend on your location:

  • Local areas (Gauteng): 1–3 business days

  • Major cities: 2–4 business days

  • Outlying or rural areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., courier delays, strikes, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses).


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — be sure to follow our social media pages for updates.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
You can use this tracking number to check the delivery status directly on the courier’s website.

If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before completing your purchase.
Pexel Perfumes will not be responsible for delayed or lost deliveries due to incorrect addresses or missing information.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.


6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or missing an item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.
We’ll review your claim and arrange a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.


8. International Shipping

At this time, Pexel Perfumes only ships within South Africa.
International shipping may be introduced in the future.
