Pexel Perfumes is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect addresses, or force majeure events (e.g., strikes, weather, or transport issues).
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products (personal and cosmetic items), we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos). We’ll gladly assist with a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.
